When you are looking for a certain information and it's unavailable, the problem can be because you are missing some software permission.
Example:
In this example you can see that in the first screenshot the user can see a large variety of Views, although in the second screenshot which is from the same environment, a different user can see many views.

The Solution for permissions issues:
1. Open a new support ticket
2. Include in the ticket a permission from the relevant manager.
3. When the ticket is resolved and closed, refresh you web page.
